Xamax Welcomes Paul Kotwicki to Lead Wire & Cable Business

Seymour, CT – Xamax is pleased to announce that Paul Kotwicki has joined the company to lead its Wire & Cable business. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development across the automotive, aftermarket, and manufacturing sectors, Paul brings proven expertise in driving growth and delivering customer-focused solutions.

At Xamax, Paul is responsible for leading the Wire & Cable segment while also spearheading sales automation initiatives to strengthen efficiency, responsiveness, and long-term growth. His extensive experience with manufacturers, distributors, and engineering teams will play a key role in enhancing customer partnerships and expanding Xamax’s market reach.

Paul holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from Northwood University and has led sales growth initiatives for leading companies including Amphenol TPC Wire and Cable, KYB America, and Maremont Corporation.
