With more than 15 years of experience in business development, key account management, and global market expansion, Edwards brings proven expertise in driving adoption of high-performance materials across multiple industries. Her career spans leadership roles in specialty additives, flame-retardant polymers, compounding, and composites—making her uniquely positioned to accelerate Xamax’s growth strategy.
Most recently, Edwards served as Senior Business Development Manager at Avient Corporation, where she developed and executed strategies to launch new non-halogenated flame-retardant masterbatch products for polyolefins. She successfully identified and engaged top OEMs across building & construction, automotive (EV), appliance, and specialty markets. Prior to Avient, Edwards held senior roles at PMC Polymer Products, Adhesives Research, and Maroon Group, where she consistently delivered revenue growth, expanded into new markets, and led the commercialization of innovative materials.
